Breed: kelpie
Age: approx 2 years
Size: medium
Ruby is a smart, friendly, sensible girl. Active and intelligent, Ruby knows basic obedience commands already, walks nicely on lead, sits when asked, travels politely in the car and is a naturally cooperative and responsive dog.
Ruby loves people including children, and is gentle and affectionate. She likes to be handled and will press against you for a pat. The following dogs have recently been adopted:
Bandit Sex: Male Breed: Boxer x cattledog Age: 18 months Size: medium A friendly sociable dog with a loyal nature, Bandit has a lot of love to give to his special person or family, though he is more of an outdoorsy playful dog, than a smoochy cuddler (though he enjoys the odd cuddle). He is not what you would call a clasically beautiful dog, he is more 'interesting; to look at - but his best feature is his personality, which is fun, clever and very amusing. Bandit is an active athletic dog, but not silly or naughty, and will enjoy daily exersise such as a walk on lead as well as playtime. He loves to play with toys, throwing them up in the air and catching them himself. Hes a good swimmer too, and will fetch balls from water. He LOVES his soccer ball best of all, bunting it around with his nose and passing it to you so you can kick it for him to fetch. Bandit loves to fetch any ball and is very athletic in doing so, including leaping up to catch it in mid air. He will be a fun pet for kids. On days when you dont want to go out for a walk, a fast-paced session of fetch, with Bandit doing all the work, will be sufficient exercise for him. Bandit is happy and enthusiastic and might sometimes be a bit boisterous for very small or nervous children but he will be fine with older or more confident children. Hes attentive and devoted and likes to be in your comany, lying at your feet or getting a scratch behind the ears. Bandit is vaccinated, wormed, microchipped and available to adopt for $150. For more photos of Bandit, check out his folder in the 'More Photos' page of this website. For more information contact Kate on 0418249234 or chickenkate@hotmail.com
